Apocalyptic Christians, such as Pat Robertson, know what they are doing is wrong and that war will be outcome. The redemption they seek is in the quick return of Jesus Christ in order to right all their wrongs. Here is what non-Apocalyptic Christians say in response:
"Aiding and abetting the Antichrist, in order to speed up the Second Coming, is tantamount to playing the role of Judas betraying Christ - if he betrayed Christ in order to quicken the Redemption. A mad theologian Nils Runeberg... admired Judas for his deed, as without him, the divine plan would not be fulfilled. Such an approach is called "antinomian."
